Ready To Get Started?

You’re in the right place to begin the Grant Application process. Before you apply, here are some items you will need during the process.

You'll Need This

  1. A PDF copy of your IRS letter of tax exemption.
  2. A PDF copy of a cancelled check. (or at least the account and routing numbers for your checking account)
  3. PDF copy of bids/quotes when applicable.
  4. JPEG format photos of condition of property/project when applicable.
  5. Tax ID of Organization to receive funds.  When an organization has a sponsor, the sponsor organization number is different than the project organization.

And This

A copy of any governing body resolution authorizing the filing for a grant.
